Pain in the chest
Pain in the centre of the chest and right shoulder since one week. Pain while bending and coughing. Intermittent crackle sound while coughing.  No symptoms of cold or fever. Heaviness in the chest mainly during night. Can I know what step I need to take further.

It is not related to the heart.A harmless muscle pain from the chest muscles. It will settle down, else show a local doctor  or Consult online directly to give prescription of medication
