Pain in the centre of the chest and right shoulder since one week. Pain while bending and coughing. Intermittent crackle sound while coughing. No symptoms of cold or fever. Heaviness in the chest mainly during night.

This is not heart related. This could be muscular pain secondary to cough. You need to consult a pulmonologist and get an x ray chest done if you are having cough and crackles.
