Pain in the chest area

I am a 25 year old male. I have been having pain near the heart area and chest. and for past few days at a particular spot under the heart area. because of which I feel little uneasy. this is happening for past one week and increases at night. Is it a gastric problem or should I worry about heart problems ?

The kind of pain you described does not fit into typical cardiac pain and generally this age is not associated with blockage of coronaries unless high risk factor for the same exist like family history of heart disease, diabetes, lost standing smoking.

Definately need one visit to cardiologist to rule out for cardiac pain.
