I have pain on the back side of my neck since last one month, in some position of the neck, I will get tingling on the whole left hand, when I consulted the Doctor, he gave me "Pantoplex"tablets, after taking 10 tablets, the tingling on left hand is cured but pain on my neck is still there.

Hi Still your trepezius muscle spasms are there so please start taking physiotherapy exercise like neck muscle stretching exercises
