Pain in the anestic region

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I did meniscus surgery last month..it been 30 days of surgery.. still there is pain in the spine where anestic given...while stretching while sitting.its feeling pain while i pressure that region with my fingers....there is pain in the region and sometime left bottom side of my back above hip...what to do .is that normal or anything... kindly answer .. Thank you
