Pain in testis

Pain in testis

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I have pain in my abdomen and testis only at night time which lasts for 2-3 hrs. No pain during urinations. Did ultrasound, blood test, urine test. Everything shows normal. I had taken antibiotics which were prescribed by a local doctor which relieved me from pain for 3 days. After dat pain is back. Plz help
