Pain in testicles

Pain in testicles

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have severe pain in my testicles. It is not continous, it starts and goes itself without any medication. I have been experiencing it since last 3 to 5 years. I have not been able to trace its cause also. I just wanted to confirm if its normal or something for which i should be worried? Thank you in advance.
