Pain in testicle

Pain in testicle

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I have Feeling of preshure and unconfurt in right testicle,sometimes there are quick pain wawes (2 at day), unpainfull on touch, no sweling, no torsion, ultrasound color dopler shows everithing in order, urine fine. Its going on for few weeks.should I be worried?

The pain might be due to painful spasm in the cremastric muscle covering the scrotum which can be pricieved as pain from testicle. The reason could be excessive mastrubation also. Or any injury.
