Pain in testicle after orchitis

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I am 28yr old male,I was infected by Mumps.It took 10days to get back to normal,couple days later felt pain in left testicle & abs.Doctor said it is orchitis and gave me antibiotic.Next day left testicle swell & felt severe pain.5 days later swelling & pain decreased.I resumed my work & daily activities but felt mild pain in testicle.Later I observed testicle has decreased in size and seem soft also mild pain when touched.I visited urologist and he prescribed me Doxy 1 & sperm analysis test.Help
