Pain in teeth
My teeth is paining a lot and the pain reached my head. I consulted a dentist. He said there's no cavity. He advised me tooth cleanup and provided me some medicine. Will these medicines help get over my pain?

Hi Severe radiating pain might be due to wisdom tooth also if there is no obvious cavity. Get an x ray of that region done. Medicines will give you a temporary solution. Thanks

First of all u should have the x ray to understand the picture of tooth clearly. Moreover try for 3 days antibiotic course if pain persist then start doing warm saline runses as u said therw is no carious lesion might be this pain is because of impacted tooth

Hi sir.... The severe pain referred to head is not due to deposits in the teeth... It may be due to infection and caries First and foremost x_rays should be taken to rule out any carious lesion

Such a severe pain indicates an infection. Get an X-ray of that tooth done to diagnose correctly. The treatment depends upon the diagnosis
