Dear Doctor, I'm 36 years old, female, married (1 year completed), since two weeks I have started teaching online to my students and also feeling pain in my tailbone which made me uncomfortable to sit on chair, bed or any other flat surface. I tried keeping pillow during sitting but still it aches.
I don't know what to do.
Pls guide!

Talk to experienced orthopedist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
We need to know the exact location of the pain, cause at times there’s a difference between what patients refer to as the tail bone and what it is actually!!
If you are right about the location of pain, this seems to be coccydynia. You might want to avoid sitting continuously for more than 30 mins.
Next Steps
Use a Coccydynia memory foam seat cushion. MEDi is a Good brand to use
If possible see a good orthopedic doctor in your locality for correct diagnosis
