Pain in tail of epididymis

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Hi Doctor Greetings I am 23 yrs old male and for the past two days I am experiencing mild ache at the bottom of testis (tail of epididymis) especially when I touch the bottom of scrotum and I consulted with a general surgeon today and made an ultrasound of scrotum(attached scan copy) to check whether there is torsion or infection any other issues but everything is fine. But the reason for the pain is still unknown please help me regarding the same thanks.
