Pain in suprapubic region and am pregnan

Question

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Five days back ,got severe pain in perineal region.so tested for urine...results are 2-4 pus cells and 10-15 epithelial cells.then i started cefixime(200mg) for five days BD. then given again sample for urine testing ...results are same .....now my gestatinal period was 24 weeks...what to do...
