My 3.5 month baby having cold n cough doc prescribe me omnacortil n rantac same day my baby have severe stomach pain is it side-effect of medicine.. sud I continue or not

Oops,stop both medicines. If mild,just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,consult ANOTHER paediatrician. These meds have NO role in a 3 month baby.
