I am having stomach pain since last few days CT scan shows that my urine is delayed. I am taking the following medicine Please tell me it is OK or not. Will it work or not. 1. Tibrolin tablet 2. Tamdura tablet 3. Alkali b6 syrup 4. Nifty Sr tablet 5. Flavospas Tablet

You need DTPA Rena scan time look for severity of obstruction in drainage of urine from right kidney. And sos helpful to know baseline GFR of kidneys , will guide in future if hydronephrosis will worsen with time, to see any decrease in GFR and helpful in taking decision about further intervention if required at that time. Above medication will give symptomatic relief. Ok
