My 4 years old daughter after returning from school is having stomach ache, fever, and coughing. I am suspecting stomach infection. She is showing symptom of cough and cold also. Please help. Thanks

If she doesn't have vomiting or loose motions,give steam inhalations 3-4 times a day,paracetamol for fever and syp anafortan for stomach ache when needed,both can be repeated 4 hourly. If not improving,consult your paediatrician asap.
