History: lower back pain (herniated disk) improved after starting gym.
Current: pain in left shoulder, since around a 6 weeks, closer to neck while raising hand on side. Yesterday also heard popping noise in neck while doing exercises that put pressure on neck giving me pain in neck and stiffness.
