  4. Pain in shoulder and neck. Is almost ok?

When I move my head left side or lift heavy above my head then my neck and shoulder nerves started paining and it's been 4 months I m suffering .. I am also suffering from neck cervical but now cervical is almost ok

If you have pain radiating down the arm and tingling and numbness then it can be nerve originated pain,at some level of the cervical spine nerve gets compressed which can be the cause of this pain.Better would be to go to a physiotherapist and learn proper neck strengthening exercises and take treatment for few days.
