Pain in shin muscle

Pain in shin muscle

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hello doctor, I donated blood today. Now i have extreme pain in muscle or vein, not sure, which is adjacent to shin bone and it pains when i press there or move my foot up or down, then its extreme. It is right leg only. I dont recall anything that hit the leg. Please help, cant even sleep due to pain.

Hi.. It's not related to the Noble thing u did. It's a common condition called shin splint. In that there is pain just below knee till Ankle joint, specially adjacent to tibia bone.. If u r able to visit a Physiotherapist nearby. He can help u with this.. What u can do is, massage ur muscle of that part.. Can do hot fomentation. But do try to visit a nearby physio.. Tc👍
