Pain in right testis

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Pain in Right testis. Nothing came out other than right epdimyal cyst of 2mm. Report attached. As per two urologist nothing related to urology in testis. I have done usg whole abdomen also. No stones also. Urine test n culture also positive. What could be issue
