Pain in right testicle

Question

Asked for Male, 56 Years

Pain is observed in right side testicle and in and around region. Especially when I lie down it will be more. Reduces with pain killer. Also feel like visiting bath room frequently and urine discharge is not proper. It takes long time to discharge and flow is also is disrupted
