Pain In right Testicle

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Hi Sir, I am having in my right testicle from yesterdays morning and I have visited doctor. Doctor has taken my Urine and blood sample and also did the Abdomen and Testies USG Scan. Testies reports, Blood test and Urine is normal. But Abdomen USG states that "Tiny calculus with seen in upper pole of lt. kidney with no hydronephtosis" But my doctor is saying that there is no problem of stone or any other problem at all. I am not sure why doctor is saying that there is no stone even after Abdomen USG states the tiny calculus. Could you please suggest anything on this one.
