Pain in right testicle

Asked for Male, 19 Years

Hi doctor Im going through a pain in my right testicle from past 3 days and i have taken some pain killers but it wont effect,and even after im going to washroom some urine is passing out with any feeling and im unable to control it,but there is no swelling in my testis but pain is slightly increasing upwards below the belly button. Please help me.
