  4. Pain in right side of abdomen. Affected!

Pain in right side of abdomen
I've been having this pain for 6 months now. The pain worsens with masturbation and gets better if I don't for some time(say a week or two). I have had pain in my right scrotum but now it's almost gone. After which I feel pain in my right side abdomen. It feels like a chord connecting my testis and some upper organ of my right abdomen is affected
