Pain in right lower neck
Hi dr, Need urgent help. I am hypochondriac anxieties paitent. Since two days, i developed fear of having lymph node on lower neck. I started pressing all.area of neck and checkinh. All of sudden, i am started having pain and feeling little hard. This littel hard is only feeling when i am streachinh neck. My family is saying is it never inflammation but i am not sure if it is normal oain dur to multiple times checkimh of neck or some lymph node. Attaching area of where it ia feeling stiff( hard) When i am keeping neck nornal then there is no pain and no stiffness As such there is no visible swelling. I have explained my symtoms 99% correct.  If u see attach picture, then pain is at finger point but stiffness in long as per red circle If there is never in that area?? Then what is that nerve?? Please guide... once...i beg

Pressing the area multiple times could be the cause of the pain. Get checked by a specialist, he or she will be able to tell if normal or not only after feeling it. Usg neck maybe needed after checkup.
