Pain in right knew since 2022
Hello there I use to do combat sports I just got involved in a few years ago and whenever I do training my knee burns like hot water spilled on it I can't do single leg squats which means I can't lift my own Weight whenever I go into that position by any chance like sitting or lunges exercise Suddenly that pain occurs and whenever I sit I hear cracking sound only from right knee I feel like it's broken little bit I consulted doctors and they just said it happens because of exercises so he gave me 10days course but don't see any changes,, what should I do now ? so I can avoid future risk and can push my limits in training !
