My wife feeling huge pain in her left hand and in fingers as well. She was pregnant and now we have 4 months baby.

if the symtpoms persist than she should undergo test called EMG amd NCV .
Start her on neural supplements for symtomatic relief like meganeurone plus or tetrafol plus, safe in nursing mothers. if she does not improve in month time than go for test. also check her thyroid status.
