Pain in right glute muscle
Since the past 3 weeks there is a hard lump (swelling) that has formed on my right buttock. It is quite painful especially when pressure is applied to it.
I have tried volini and heat treatment but that does not seem to help.
I workout regularly but haven't exercised my lower body for the past 2 weeks as I do not want to strain it more.
