My Mother is a teacher and she is having pain in his right arm for last 2 Months. She consulted her problem with a doctor who gave her pain killers and some medicines related to nervous system.
Pain killers give her some relief from pain while her problems is still persisting.

This pain can be due to many reasons--
1)Cervical spondylosis - pain in the arm+neck muscles+hand with some tingling sensation /lack of grip+sometimes associated with nausea and headache.
2)Frozen shoulder -stiffness in shoulder/not able to lift the arm overhead.
3)Tennis elbow pain in outer side of elbow specially in gripping something.
Next Steps
Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +Heating therapy +some strengthening exercises as well as stretching exercises will be helpful for sure.
