Pain in right abdomen through testicles

Question

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I've been experiencing pain in my lower right abdomen very often. Sharp Pain generates from right testicular veins to lower abdomen. Pain lasts for few seconds or minutes and then goes off. Checked with physicians and scans found to be OK. What might be the underlying cause. Am 29. Please advise
