I have a premolar rct done 1 years ago . the very first time in the morning when i wake up the very first time i chew i get a pain and after chewing it becomea ok entire night what is this ?

Sometimes that type of pain due to pocket or gums problem. Because after rct and capped teeth the chances of deposit surrounding margins of cap. So please maintain the the oral hygiene with warm saline rinses and flossing. But pain after that than please consult dentist for re rct or currettage of pocket.
