Pain in private part. Other allergy?

Initially I had serious itching in my scortum. I applied my year old dermatologist adviced medication by myself - Eclo cream, Onabet and some HH 0.03% ointments. He had then told me precisely to use it only on scortum. Post using them for a couple of days itching gone in scrotum. But now I have pain in the skin on the tip of my private part. Rashes are not visibly seen. It mostly pains only when I sleep as it touches down my innerwear This has been there for a month. Is it something gone wrong with ointment I used on my scrotum earlier touching private part? Or is it from some other allergy? I consumed turmeric milk and my body is hot as I sit ansld work for a long time with literally no exercise involved for last few months. Please advice. Sleep is getting disturbed because of pain.
