Pain in private part

I really wanna guidance regarding pain in my private part. This pain is really very strange. Whenever me and my partner wanna go intimate it starts paining. One most important thing is I can not even do the masturbation cause of its paining. It really makes me so depressed that I can not do these stuff or would I be able to enjoy this thing or not. I just wann know if there is something serious I should know or it happens.
