Pain in pennis. Could not bare the pain.

I have been suffering from pain in pennis for the past five months and doctors here have gone through ct abdomen,ultrasound, and many urine culture test and the doctors said there is nothing to worry and everything is fine but frequently I'm getting this pain a month after, after 10 days, I have taken many tablets, undergone IV for several days and done scopy too but there were no findings and im facing this pain particularly after first urine in the morning, now I'm facing a tremendous pain, I'm an engineering student i could nt concentrate on my studies, so I please 🙏 request any of the doctors here by help me with this issue, I have spent more money in it, but ain't got a relief, I could not bare the pain...
