Pain in penis, painful erection
Last month, I performed prone masturbation rather roughly. During the act, I experienced pain and stopped immediately. I did not notice any popping sound. Since then, I have been experiencing a weak urine flow, reduced erection hardness compared to before, decreased penile sensitivity, tingling sensations in the penis, and frequent urination. If I tap my penis with my finger, it becomes somewhat hard but not as fully erect as it used to. Additionally, when this partial erection occurs after tapping, I experience pain in my penis. Could this be a penile fracture or another injury? What tests should I undergo to determine the cause?
