  4. Pain in penis. But it says no infection.

Hi, I have a dull pain and sensitivity on my penis from 1 month now. I feel pain while urinating and while holding urine for sometimes.It feels like urethra has some inflammation. The pain worsens after masturbation. I have done Urine routine test but it says no infection.
