Pain in penis and testrones

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I got bleeding one time from penis while masturbation and after 2 days i feels chills and pain starts in penis and testrones , i go to doctor they recommend a abdomen ultrasound , which results out normal. then they give me a bleeling control medicine a antibacterial medicine, after medicine cource pain relife for some time but now i got chills back and a little bit of pain in upper part of penis and testrones. one thing more, after taking medicing my penis standing ability increases, but now its decreases, whats kind of signs they are or what medical problems i have. can u recommend some test or something??
