Pain in penis and nearby areas

1> little pain in lower part of stomach 2> pain in penis 3> pain near balls and also itching 4> yellow urine 5> digestion issue..Not able to eat food properly. Less appetite. 6> loss of weight 7> little blood comes out from stomach sometimes. Smells too after that. Need to clean up during bath 8> difficulty in masturbation. Pains generally. Also issue happens after sex or masturbation.
