Pain in penile shaft

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I am having varicocele since 2018, I only find discomfort when I do workout but from sometime I am facing some sensation which causing discomfort in my penis during weight lifting and sqauts. Is this because of varicocele? It feels like some pain is going out through my penis toward head quickly. I had 2 kidney stones each side (2-3mm) Please tell me is this because of varicocele
