Pain in penies mastrubuti

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Lately after the last intercourse in last couple of days I start to feel pain at the Base of my penies while it is erect No pain when it is down but while in action or mastrubuting a small pain at the Base is felt Please advise if this is serious and I will have to live with it forever???
