Pain in pelvic area

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Im having pain little inside anus and between anus and scrotum. Pain is majorly during resting and after passing stool. I visited urologist 3 days back he prescribed monocef 200 but there is no relief. I took urine c/s, urine r/m, glucose random and creatinine test. PFA. Is it something serious? Can you please tell specialist for this problem?
