Pain in overy after ovarian ectopic

Hii.. I had a ovarian ectopic gestation in ryt syd of my overy in December 2016. Aftr pregnancy removal my ryt pelvic area downwards still pains some times. Bt usg shows normal ovary size. Wht cld be d psbl reasons?
