If you have some Gynaecologist in your area please go to him for a physical examination. First try to find out if you are pregnant or not. Then you can ask a pointed question, "Is it an intrauterine pregnancy or not?"

Please visit a gynaecologist. Get an ultrasound and beta Hcg test done and also repeat b Hcg after 48 hours if it’s inconclusive on scan.
