  4. Pain in neck n shoulder. Please advise!

Pain in neck n shoulder
I have severe neck and shoulder pain not able to move my neck and lift my hand, this happens on a regular base. Everyday applying spray or lotion doesn’t help. Due to this my neck portion looks swollen and fluffy. Please advise
