Pain in neck and shoulder
Constant pain in left neck, shoulder, arms and fist and also legs.. why is this happening .. this goes away for sometime after massaging with pain relief oil but comes back again

Does the pain appears when moving the neck from side to side and up and down? Is the pain continuous ? And numbness or tingling sensation in left limb? Is the leg pain only in leg or thigh also?
