I can feel a slight pain/pinch in my right side of the neck. 1 and a half month before I was doing push-ups and then I could feel a slight pinch in my shoulder and neck joint area. Then I stopped doing push-ups and have taken rest also. But it has not completed healed or the slight pinching feel is still there. What to do. I am afraid if I start doing gym it may aggravate again.
