Pain in nasal septum
Sir I had my DNS right surgery one month ago. After operation I didn't have any pain to my nasal septum for 20 days. but from 10 days I am getting pain in my nasal septum .

You seem to have undergone septoplasty surgery. Sometimes crusting inside the nose after surgery can cause ulceration of the septum and resulting pain. Usually nasal douching along with symptomatic painkillers is sufficient
