Pain in my testicles

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I have been having pain in my testicles and pain while Urine. I did consult a doctor. He ran few tests like Urine culture, Urine analysis, CBP. All came up good. He prescribed Niftas 100mg. I have been using it past 1 week. Burning sensation came down but not testicle pain.
