Stop lifting weights and sleeping on that arm if it hurts
As of now apply ice and do all the movements without weight

As you have acute injury now, dont strain. Dont lift heavy weight as it will increase the dammage. Visit physiotherapist. Physiotherapist can help you relieve pain and can advice proper exs.
