Pain in my right shoulder .
Not able to raise my right hand properly. Pain while sleeping , doing exercise in gym, not able to lift weights etc etc..

As you have acute injury now,  dont strain. Dont lift heavy  weight as it will increase the dammage. Visit physiotherapist.  Physiotherapist can help you relieve pain and can advice proper exs.

It's seems as you have rotator cuff injury , shoulder is mainly lifted by supraspinatus muscle and other muscles of shoulder  but its the chief muscles which lifts the arm , most commonly gets injured during heavy weight lifting and sports activity.
