Dear Sir/Madam,
I feel too much muscle pain whenever I walk or wake up from bed.
Also sometimes if I hit in those parts (Ankle), it's painful and I get relief once I stop hitting.
Now a days when I run, my both legs shin portions are also paining.
Can anyone please suggest me, what I can do come out from this problem.
Note: already tested Uric Acid and its normal.
Thanks in advance!

Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

Hi..
Your heel pain is due to tight achilis tendon...
I recommend you to do
Lot if icing in that painful area...
Gently knead on the calf muscles concentrate on tender areas...
Your shin pain is also due to tight calf muscles...so don't worry .
Stretch your calf gently..
Can have Anti inflammatory tabs if you have been prescribed earlier...
Rest your foot...as this will help you in healing better...
Hope this is helpful for you..
