Pain in middle of lower back
Hi,
I had C section delivery in June 2018. Since then I'm having severe pain in centre of lower back where Injection had been given. It happens early morning and the pain is so severe that I can't sleep anymore. Also while bending down i have pain. Can you please help

hi .. it is due to calcium and some vitamins deficiency .. take calcium tablet 1gm per day . and B complex tablets one per day for 3 months .. and try to have good sleep during night..

Drink plenty of water and tea and caffeine containing drinks for spinal pain
